A Kiev underground artist plays father to the daughter of his mentally ill sister.
Tolik is an avant-garde artist and musician in Kyiv's underground queer scene. He is also the foster father of little Katya, his sister Anya's daughter. Mental illness prevents Anya from taking care of Katya on a daily basis.
